Rhino in Education

a place to shine a light on the work of students and teachers

Hi I have just started teaching rhino to architects at a training centre and after a lot of research I have only manage to find one or two exercises for architects and house buildings.

Can anyone help?

Hi Nicolas,

I believe Cory Torppa at Kelso High School did a whole semester of Architecture class with Rhino V5.

He is offering  a Rhino teacher class this summer.

He is willing to share with others that share with him.

Hi Nicolas,
We are working on a set of materials for Rhino in Architecture class.

It is probably a year away or more. There is a preview of this work here.

We also have a very details tutorial on Layouts here.

It will be helpful after you get a floor plan generated in Rhino.
I find looking for "tiny house" plans and cabins are a good way to start.

thanks this was very helpful, i usually teach furniture and product design that is why i do not have any material on Architecture. The thing about architect classes is that i am based in Cyrpus and Rhino is not a very popular software here at the moment but i am working on it.

please send any other information that you may come across.

Best regards
