Thank you, Bob! Do you remember me from Level I class in Seattle McNeel office in 2012? I have been teaching Rhino Jewelry modeling in NYC . Want to start classes/camps for MS/HS students here in NYC. I am so glad to find this group!!
3Dinx is not a school, it's an idea, an organisation which i just started. It's aim, my aim is to bring 3D modelling and digital fabrication to schools.
I live in a very rural area in germany, close to the dutch border. I'm dutch but live in germany now for 7 years. Schools here are small schools, they don't have the money or means to start a digital fabrication project. My idea is to offer them a simpel workshop were 3D modelling, 3D printing and info is presented and the children will have some hands-on experience in designing and 3D printing.
I have a 10 years Rhino experience now and the last 5 years i thaught teachers, profesors and creative professionals the basics of 3D modelling and digital fabrication. Now I'm ready to do something new and my ambition is to bring the 3D gospel to children and teenagers.
I will be teaching a collaborative & comprehensive studio with the St. Louis office of HOK in the Spring. They use Rhino (as some of us do here) as a "parti-getting" tool and we are anxiously waiting for the semester to begin.
Does the Rhino group get involved in collaboration studios?

Hi:

Absolutely! Looking forward to the upcoming projects.
