Banks Teacher Workshop 2019 - Living Hinge Pen Box

I moved on to creating a living hinge box, something I hadn't done before.  The picture below is the result.  I included both a front and back side view.  This time I downloaded a free file from: https://3axis.co/laser-cut/box/.  I just modified it from there.

I did have a little bit of difficulty.  The file was a .dxf file, which was fine, but all of the objects in the file were designated as blocks.  I didn't know what that meant, but Pete had me explode the objects and then I was able to manipulate them to what I needed.

I was very impressed with the effectiveness of the living hinge.  It worked like a charm.
