A remodel project for intermediate Architecture Design students.

Concept design a remodel for a 1905 craftsman house.  

Develop a budget for the remodel. 

Research on Zillow to find comparable homes to determine the value of the home as it is and what the the value may be after the remodel.  

Present your preliminary remodel ideas to the client and the budgets with the potential return on thier investments.

With the Elevations present it is ready to 'Remap' into a 3d model right now.

If I were teaching today, I would bring  this into my CAD class pretty quickly.
